Support
Start with self-serve answers. If you still need help, send an asynchronous ticket — we aim to keep human support within two hours per week.
Where does my Confluence data go?
Attest runs as a Forge app on Atlassian. Ownership and review records are stored in Forge storage for your site. This marketing site does not store Confluence page content.
What does “ownerless” mean?
No Attest-assigned owner and no Confluence author account id on the page metadata.
What does “overdue” mean?
Last review (or last modified if never reviewed) is older than the configured review cycle (default 365 days).
What does “orphan” mean?
A v1 heuristic: no inbound links from other pages in the current scan set. It is intentionally conservative and documented.
Can Attest edit or migrate my pages?
No. v1 is read-mostly. It may add optional review comments; it does not rewrite page bodies or run migrations.
How do I assign an owner?
In the Attest dashboard, open Assign on a row and enter the Atlassian account id (and optional display name).
How do auditors get evidence?
Use Export audit report (HTML, print to PDF) or Export CSV. Files include timestamps, owners, and flags.
How is billing handled?
Paid via Atlassian seat tiers. Atlassian invoices and renews; see Pricing.
Do you offer phone support?
No. Support is asynchronous via the form on /support, targeting ≤2 hours/week of human review for a zero-staff company.
Is this the TempleAI synagogue product?
No. The reproducible opportunity model ranked Attest for Confluence first and rejected the original synagogue SaaS thesis. See the repository business plan.
